Denise Mihalik is a Philadelphia area based artist who needed a unique invite that she could email to friends for the opening of her one-woman show. Denise creates artwork in subtle colors, and her themes speak to passion, movement and communication…her art show invite needed to do the same.
Using colors taken from her work, and bits of her poetry combined with the song “Worry About You” by the band Ivy, I created a piece meant to be as much a piece of artwork as Denise’s own work…even though it was a simple one-off email piece that wouldn’t be seen again after the gallery show.
